I was doing some work in the yard and moving some old fencing when I received a nasty surprise! Under the wood was a very large and very active ant hill. As a staunch non-lover of creepy-crawlies, I grabbed my phone and started looking for an exterminator with great references. I found Pet Zone online and called right away. That was late afternoon yesterday. By 1pm today, Gancy had already been here and taken care of things!! Dealing with Gancy was a pleasure. He was so polite and informative and he obviously knows his craft well! Would highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation!

Pest zone person sealed the garage entrance for mice before even entering the house. He did thorough check of house and placed the poison pellets for mice to chew in many hidden places, where we couldn't think about.

Gancy did a great job! We had a centipede issue and he resolved it for us! We had another issue with ants in the past and he also came and resolved that for us a few years ago. Overall we are very satisfied. He’s very professional, informative and I would recommend him to anyone. Since he’s sprayed his solution, he haven’t experienced a centipede issue - it’s been over two months. Thanks again for the help Gancy!

Gancy came in to treat a Carpenter Ant issue and ended up tackling several the population control of several different insects that are very common in mature wooded neighbourhood by the lake such as our property. He sprayed the inside and outside perimeter and was answered all my questions regarding how the treatment would impact the bug issue overtime. I am happy to say that his work is working thus far and I am seeing less carpenter ants attempting to enter from the outside trees in the area. His is also very knowledgeable and has a good warranty which I am thankful for as these guys can be very persistent and might re-appear later in the season.

Gancy was extremely professional and friendly. He gave us a detailed explanation of the problem and how he planned to solve it. Mice were gone well within the timeline he told us. Also, work was guaranteed for 12 months. I'd recommend him to anyone with a mouse problem.
