I am delighted with the efforts of Radoslav Drandarewski who replaced my old locks. His careful and thorough efforts have secured my home and provided safety for my peace of mind!

Rado replaced all my locks and doorknobs the day after I called him, which was exactly when I was available to meet him. He explained everything to me right up front and answered all my questions clearly. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. In a world where customer service is becoming more and more disappointing, RADO proved to me that there are still some professionals out there who understand how to treat people. The Deadbolt in our main door snapped. When I reached out to Lock Smith Express Rado was quick to respond and asked good questions and requested pictures so he could better understand the issue. Once he better understood the problem he proposed a solution. When he arrived onsite, he was polite, professional, and efficient. Rado is very knowledgeable and won't try to oversell you on anything. He is also quick but very detail oriented. He wants to ensure that the job is done right and properly.

Rado was here within 2 hours of calling. He is very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Explained the options and fixed the locks efficiently. I will call Rado again in the future.

He arrived on time, was quick and efficient and was very professional. He rekeyed three exterior doors in our house and installed a smart lock on our front door.
