We had a great experience with Locksmith Express. Radoslav was quick to respond to our request and delivered on his estimate. He even address another issue that we had not initially ask about without charging extra. Great customer service and happy with the service provided.

The technician was professional, courteous and above all installed all the units properly as promised. The parts were also recommended by him as we had very little idea what was good in the market. I will definitely call him again for a future job, and recommend him to anyone I know.

I had a door handle issue where the door handle slides right off and emailed Locksmith Express for a quote. The quote was fair and reasonable. They were quick to reply and we set up a day and time for them to come. Radoslav came to my condo and I realized it was not a simple issue of a screw coming off in the lock mechanism. Radoslav was able to come up with a creative solution to fix my issue without me having to spend a crazy amount of money for a new door handle set which would have set me back over a $1,000. It took him over an hour to do the creative fix and he did not ask for extra money. He honoured his original quote. It's refreshing to deal with someone experienced and that knows his stuff and able to find an innovative fix without just simply replacing the whole unit.

Rado was great. From coming quickly to easy contact to showing up on time. He changed several locks and handles around the house there werent working well. Both Smart and regular locks.
