    Honest nest removal made the day for my 6-year old

    My daughter loved observing the whole process. She and I learned so much about bees, wasps and hornets. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all professional. I am glad we found the humane and right solution.

    Didn’t deliver on promise

    Another company that failed to find the ‘solution’ to however rodents are accessing home. They offer a year warranty, but six months into service, I had to chase them to attend to follow up. First visit, I was surprised the technician was onsite for under two hours (do the math). I even said you guys charge ‘legal fees’ rates. Two visits, and still hear rodents in the wall a year later. Many technicians have tried to find the access point, but to no avail.

    Prompt and friendly service!

    We had a great experience with this company. They were very efficient, and kept us well informed of what was going on. They visited several times in their efforts to secure our home against rodents, and it appears to have been successful.

    skunk removal from house crawl space

    We had a skunk in the crawl space under the house. The job was done on time and for the exact amount of the quote, even though the technician had to return when the skunk dug under some concrete. All staff were friendly and professional.

    Big old house in Strathcona

    Almost exactly a year ago the guys from Humane Solutions rid us of an intractable squirrel after trying everything and then finally trapping her. We we’re thrilled with their good humoured approach to their work and their persistence. Well about ten days ago the squirrel came back and chewed it’s way into our roof. We immediately called Humane Solutions and within two days they were here. They beefed up our perimeter and installed a one way door. The same day the squirrel left the roof and she couldn’t get back in could she..! There was no charge for the return visit so we’re very happy.

    Squirrels in ceiling space

    The folks at Humane Solution are prompt, professional and personable. Last year, Humane Solutions helped me deal with a squirrel family in my roof. They assessed the exterior of my home and also found evidence of rodents in a shed. They expertly excluded both squatters from my home with 1-way doors. Mother Squirrel re-located her own family overnight—no poisoning or trapping involved. I have no hesitation in recommending Humane Solutions to anyone dealing with unwanted wildlife squatters.
