Ehsan was a pleasure to work with! He was always available to answer questions and helpful. He was on time and on budget. His crew was very respectful and cleaned up each nigh. The project passed inspection and if a contractor tells you not to do this process with a permit then question them on it. Would highly recommend EB design for wall removal.

Ehsan was able to fit us in on short notice. We needed a beam raised two feet holding a double brick wall. Ehsan did a great job and we are very happy with the results

Ehsan of E.B. Design & Construction is one of the Best in Structure / Beams installation industry. He had done some major Structure / Beams work at my son's house a year back and my son was extremely satisfied. Hence when it came to our home structure work, we just engaged Ehsan, without even getting any other quote. Ehsan managed the whole process, including Drawings by a Structure Engineer, applying and getting city permit, getting the actual job done and passed by City Inspector. The whole demolition of a structure wall, build of temporary support walls, installation of new beam, and flush posts, and passing by City Inspector was all completed within a week, following exactly the schedule Ehsan had told us earlier. Overall, we are very satisfied with Ehsan's work and have no hesitation recommending him!

I recently had the pleasure of working with E.B. design. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that exceeded my expectations. They completed four changes to my basement, including: 1. Shore approximately 8 of floor joists, remove cinder block wall and install 2 LVL beams 2. Expand existing doorway approximately 2ft by replacing 3 2x8 beams 3. Expanded a window opening from 4 x 2 to 4 x 4 4. Cutout new window opening 3 x 2 The end result surpassed my expectations. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and they demonstrated a genuine commitment to achieving the highest standard.

Hired E.B Design and Construction to properly install a beam to support the roof between our kitchen and dining room. The previous beam was improperly installed by another contractor about a decade ago and resulted in cracks in our ceiling. Ehsan and his team did a masterful job. The quote was reasonable and the job was done as described and on budget. The structural drawings and finished job have left us feeling secure to complete our renovations with the knowledge that our roof and ceiling are completely safe.
