    Maintenance of tankless water system

    The company responded quickly to the request and quoted the price up front. The technician showed up at the time previously specified, completed the maintenance service and answered our questions. I would recommend this company.

    Air Conditioner

    We ordered a new air conditioner for our house and its amazing on how much cool air blows through our home. The team that came to install were amazing and everything was done the same day including taking our old one away and installing a brand new Trans Air conditioner. Would highly recommend this company as they were all very qualified and knowledgeable on everything they had to do. Thank do much guys!!!

    Maintenance of HVAC system, fireplaces

    Mike was extremely responsive and his technician, Al was excellent. Al was diligent, professional and thorough. I highly recommend!

    Installing a New air Condition in our home

    I Called mike and talk to him about installing a new air condition in the place of old one which was gone useless. next day he came and made a reasonable estimate and also explained to me what system and he is planning and it can be done in two days. So the new System was delivered as he said and same day it installed properly. Tested and found everything working fine. good fast service.

    Furnace maintenance

    Mike and Al were timely, professional and honest. They took the time to understand my concerns and did a throughout inspection of our furnace. Highly recommend Home Air Systems- we will definitely rely on their services again!

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    We recently had Home Air Systems (HAS) install a new vented gas water heater, and were initially very satisfied with their work (10*). However on the following day, we encountered an unforeseen issue that affected our experience. There was a very significant noise and vibration of approx. 70 db in the family room and kitchen under the floor when the blower was running. The noise and vibration was also louder than usual, due to a resonance (47 hz) in the vent. We initially just thought the problem was caused by the blower, since the assigned part number did not agree with the factory specifications. The manufacturer promptly provided a replacement under the warranty and HAS installed it. The noise and vibration level did not change. HAS returned again to tweak the installation of the vent which did not completely resolve the issue. HAS claimed the issue was with the blower and the manufacturer stated the PVC vent was not installed correctly. We were left with fixing the issue ourselves and their charge was reduced to reflect this. The rating for HAS reflects our mixed experience with their installation and the customer support provided.

    Furnance maintenance

    Mike was the first one to respond to my service call within 24 hrs of requesting the service. Al came to service my furnance. He did a great job explaining to me the issues he saw after he did the maintenance with the furnance/ac and tank. I recommend Mike and his team and currently in talks to replacing my 25 yr old ac unit.

    Professional, timely and very accomodating

    Mike was great in setting up our appt. Kept us in the loop on scheduling and time of arrival. The service was great and my husband said he did a fantastic job. Best thing - no surprises or trying to sell us something we don't need. Will definitely call back when maintenance needed again. Thank you!

    Gas Line Install & Fire Place Maintenance

    Mike and his team did an excellent job at providing me the information for the job and doing the work in a timely manner. He was quick to respond to my request and fit me in to his busy schedule. He and his team answered all my questions and were very efficient in their work. Everything that was done was of the highest quality and the workplace was left clean after the work was completed. Mike is very knowledge and polite and respectful. I will definitely consider Home Air Systems for my future home projects.
