Awful experience. Employees were unprofessional and did a terrible job. Carpets are still dirty. Do Not recommend this company

The Cleaning Guy was recommended by two different companies as being one of the best for upholstery and rug protection. The whole experience from booking to having the service completed in our home was quite pleasant and seamless. The people who came to our home were very friendly and efficient. The company offers a 2-year Spot and Spill Limited Warranty and up up to 2 FREE spot and spill service calls for a period of Two Years from date of application. They also provide Custom Care Kit. We are hoping that we don't have to call them to clean any spots or spills with us, but feel confident that they will be able to job!

Extremely friendly and professional. My mom's chair had absorbed over 20 years of cigarette smoke and the cleaning guys brought it back to brand new! I would absolutely use them again for any such cleaning eg carpet etc.

Had a stormwater backup in basement. Ceramic tiles in bathroom and laundry room were flooded with dirty water and it was impossible to get the dirty grime out of the grout. Also wanted to clean the carpet in the basement outside of those rooms and the stairs leading to ground floor as we had been walking back and forth with dirty boots on during the flood. Since The Cleaning Guy was coming to clean those areas, I asked them to also clean an upholstered armchair on the main floor to get the full value of the minimum $350 attendance fee. Everything was cleaned perfectly. They came when they said they would. There were no surprises. As I am immunocompromised, I asked if they would mind wearing an N95 mask in my home, which I provided to them. They were very accommodating in this era of divisiveness over mask wearing and I appreciated that very much. I have used The Cleaning Guy in the past and I will continue to do so.

From the moment the cleaning crew arrived, I sensed we were in good hands! They were extremely polite and accommodating. They did a wonderful job in all areas. I would highly recommend this Company!

We had our hall carpeting cleaned plus a sofa bed and 6 dining room chairs. All turned out very well. We are getting love seats reupholstered and will have their anti stain spray put on the fabric.

Moved in three years ago and never had the carpets cleaned. so we decided to do this and i asked the contractor that installed our hardwood floors and the also sell and install carpet. They recommoned the cleaning guys and they did a excellent job cleaning the carpets.
