I am happy with the service I received from North Star Pest Control. They were professional and courteous and came to my house quickly to assist with my raccoon problem. They removed a mom raccoon and her babies from my attic. They were patient and always answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had just purchased a new home and saw a raccoon in our kitchen. We got her out because she left through the window which we promptly closed. However, we heard noises in out laundry room ceiling. We asked a friend about what we could do. He suggested we call North Star Pest Control. They came the next day and were very polite and knowledgable. They removed the babies, 6 in total, right away and setup a cage to catch the mother. We would highly recommended them to all our friends and family.

My daughter was waking up to noises coming out of the attic which lead to her waking us up multiple times throughout the night. After about three sleepless nights, I called North Star Pestcontrol after going online. They booked an appointment for us the same day and finally caught the squirrels running around. They placed a one way door and about a week later, the squirrels were gone. Thank God and North Star Pestcontrol for giving us our very precious sleep back.

We had mice problem in our home which initially started from the garage. We tried couple of psst control companies, but the mice issue was not resolved. It was getting like nightmare with young kids living in the house, then North Star Pest Control company was reffered to us by a good friend. Who used their services in the past, after contacting them. They came to our house and examined our house completely to find the source of the problem, they were very professional and the service was amazing. They explained the procedure and did the very satisfying job, months have been passed and our house is finally mice free and whole family very happy and satisfied. We are very glad, that we made the right decision to hire North Star Pedt Control company to do the job, we highly recommend this company to anyone who is facing mice or any other pest problem.

Shakeel was amazing. We had called him because of some noise in the attic which we thought we knew where an animal could've gotten in but he took his time and checked the whole roof and found a bunch of places he secured. He also found not 1 but 2 birds nests which he disposed of and then secured all out outdoor vents with permanent covers. Highly recommend him for your pest control needs.

Work is done decent and detailed. Helpful and reasonable in pricing. Friendly to talk to. Used them for few times over last 10 years.
