Shakeel has provided service and advice on two occasions regarding squirrel and mice issues. He's been very prompt, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable too. Would not hesitate to recommend North Star Pest Control.

We heard scratching in our bedroom walls and called Northstar. They contacted us right away and quickly determined we had a squirrel problem. They found the plastic vents on the roof that the squirrel chewed through and dealt with the issue quickly. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Shakeel did an amazing job removing a bird nest on the second floor in a dryer vent. After removing the nest, he made sure to prevent them from coming back to nest there again. He also closed and fixed my soffits where birds were getting into. He works with a lot of professionalism and hes great to deal with, he was very fair with the price also. Thanks.

Great communication and fast support from North Star. They really helped us out of a jam the day were to fly out of the country for 2 weeks. Woke up to a poor little baby squirrel trapped in our fireplace and North Star not only released the animal outside but also put mesh on our chimney to stop it from happening again. It was pricey but understandable given it was last minute. Highly recommend!

North Star Pest Control assisted us with removing squirrels that entered our attic through a roof vent. Shakeel was very knowledgeable and was able to advise us through the removal process and ways to prevent future incidents. Hi, we called North Star based on strong reco. from local neighborhood, and we got father-son duo Basheer and Shakeel, doing an excellent job. They knew their job, the locale, terrain and confidently approached towards the solution. And most importantly, they were pleasant, cheerful and confident of the work they were undertaking to block entry points for squirrels and birds, and keeping our anxiety in check. I am so glad that I called them to undertake the work of squirrels/birds in attic/roof problem.

Shakeel was amazing. We had called him because of some noise in the attic which we thought we knew where an animal could've gotten in but he took his time and checked the whole roof and found a bunch of places he secured. He also found not 1 but 2 birds nests which he disposed of and then secured all out outdoor vents with permanent covers. Highly recommend him for your pest control needs.
