My experience in replacing my windows was excellent. This company is a very well organized company with professional and knowledgeable staff. The installers were top notch, Kind, respectful of my home and completed a high quality installation. The installation went very smoothly and the windows look and perform great. We are extremely happy with the service we received from Toronto Doors and Windows. We replaced all the windows in our home and every member of the team we interacted with was excellent - from Randy and Arash who both helped us decide on what types of windows we wanted and gave us a complete, detailed and accurate quote, to Kyle and team who were extremely efficient, professional and respectful while installing the windows at our home. Everyone on the team was honest and communicative which was really great as there were no surprises throughout the process. The team did a fantastic job on the installation and we have also received a lot of compliments from the neighbours on how good the windows look. I will definitely be using the team again when the time comes to replace our doors and I highly recommend contacting them if you are looking to replace your windows and/or doors!

We needed to replace our old patio door and 4 basement windows. Arash came to our house and (safely) assessed the required work. His quote was informative and competitive. We agreed to go ahead with the work and, after time elapsed for fabrication, particularly of the large door-window Kyle and colleagues came to site and and managed to complete installation in one day in blazing heat. Some finishing was required next day and Kyle turned up early and completed this work. All were very friendly and polite throughout and the quality of work was excellent. I would certainly recommend Toronto Doors and Windows.

Top knotch service and follow through. No muss no fuss and at a great price vs other companies. Will gladly do business again. Vitalii is a man of his word and made sure we were happy with the job and even helped have a window reinserted into a different spot when we needed to change the colour at a minimum cost. Very happy with everything they’ve done.

I replaced a patio door and window at my Moms house, and I couldn't be happier. The crew was very professional, they completed the work in a couple of hours and left the place nice and clean. We could feel a diferance in the temperature right away . We will be getting our other windows done with them for sure ! Double thumbs up ! Even my mom was impressed.

The installers were great, with the install being done quickly and everything cleaned up as they went. The finishing was done beautifully and they were quick to fix up anything I pointed out. The windows look fantastic from both inside and out. They appear to have very good hardware to open and close - some other brands we looked at seemed very flimsy. Very happy with them and are now looking at doing more of our windows!

Kyle and his crew were great! The patio door and basement window look fantastic and work so smoothly. They patiently answered my questions and did such an amazing job. The basement window was a bit of a challenge as it was previously a glass block window, but they managed to remove it with a minimum of mess (broken blocks). Even though they arrived later than anticipated, they did not rush to get the job done by a certain time (especially for a Friday afternoon). Vlad was also a pleasure to deal with: respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Toronto Doors and Windows. Their quote was a few hundred dollars more than that of a competitor, but it was WELL WORTH IT. Thank you!

I was really impressed with the work that Toronto Doors and Windows Company did for us. We needed to have three windows replaced within a very tight timeline (we had a baby on the way), and they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule. Vlad was very helpful over the phone, and coordinated the entire project efficiently. The quote we received was lower than ones we received from two other companies, and the whole operation was seamlessly organized. I would definitely recommend Toronto Doors and Windows Company, and plan on using them again for any additional windows we need replaced.

We are very pleased with the quality of the product installed and the workmanship and integrity of the installation has held up with the passage of time. There was a slight hiccup with respect to the installation of the front door (door with incorrect swing ‘direction’ arrived in delivery) but this was dealt with quickly and professionally. We have noticed a huge increase in our home’s energy efficiency.
