So many strata problems with permits and dishwashers. Were able to book long distance (from Calgary). Communication was prompt & continuous. When Pierre arrived (after calling ahead) he was willing to listen politely to my husband's long winded story of woe. He then promptly contacted a supervisor and gave us answers and an estimate in very short order. Bottom line - within 2 hours we had a new toilet installed, the old one removed, the dishwasher tested, inspected and approved and a permit was applied for from city hall. We were prepared to wait until April. SO pleased with the service, the work and the price. Will definitely recommend and call again should the need arise! Kevin & Patti Brown

I called Clear choice they quickly got back to me, Dan installed new braided lines on my washer a very tight space to work in, he answered all my questions very professional and cleaned area when done. I highly recommend them!

They did a job for my niece and dropped the ball and said they would reimburse her a portion of the bill. Then they blamed Fortis who came out and said it was the plumber's responsibility they couldn't do anything. I'm sure they do great work but don't take responsibility when they make a mistake. Shame on you. Don't recommend.

Sara accommodated my schedule on short notice and kept me informed of technician's arrival. Brook, the plumber, explained alternatives, kept me informed along the way and worked steadily till the job was finished. This was a tricky installation and I'm very pleased with the results.

The clear choice installed my new toilets and sinks and vanities in both my bathrooms as well as my new kitchen sink, faucet and dishwasher. They were very professional, on time and stuck to their reasonable quoted price.
