Fast, reliable and honest service. Our microwave wasn't working at all and we called RG Prado Appliance Service at 10 am this morning and Jun came by around 1 pm and the microwave was fixed by 2pm. June was honest in telling us our appliance was a good one and it did not need to be replaced. The current value of this microwave is over $700.00 so he saved us $500.00. He replaced the thermostat connecter and in less than an hour we were fixed. We would recommend this company to anyone at anytime. Thanks for the timely service. Erwin and Judy Kent

My LG fridge had stopped overnight and RG Prado came quickly in the morning and efficiently diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit. He thoroughly explained the possible service issues and service costs and fixed the unit quickly. I will use RG Prado again for my LG appliances.

I had a Lg dryer that was off warranty and was no longer throwing heat. Jun was able to come to do the repair on a day that was convenient for me. Jun was very friendly and professional and thoroughly explained the repair and its cost. I would highly recommend.

Recently my washer would not start due to a problem with the electronics. I called an established appliance repair business that was nearby and they quoted me $400 for a board and additional charges for the service call plus labour. I called a second well known company and they said they no longer did electronic repairs (too tricky) but they gave me the name of Mr. Prado. I called him, we spoke about the problem, and he asked for the make and model of my washer. He called me back in a short while with a reset procedure for the electronics. We went through the procedure together over the phone and my washer worked and continues to do so! I offered to send Mr. Prado a cheque in the mail and all he asked for was a review online. Unlike many repair companies, Prado Appliance Service is not in business for the money alone. Customer relations is obviously high on their list! Bravo to Rg Prado Appliance Service! He is one of a kind!
