From my initial inquiry about installing an indoor charger for my new EV, Marcello was prompt in his responses and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. During our first meeting, Marcello's direct, knowledgeable, and personable approach stood out. He carefully considered the options and ruled out easy solutions in favor of a more challenging, yet aesthetically pleasing, solution. Throughout the entire process and even down to choosing the appropriate charger, Marcello was both informative, meticulous and transparent, ensuring that I was well-informed at every step. His commitment to complete customer satisfaction was evident, particularly when he addressed an additional electrical concern and installed an updated electrical box in the garage. I used 3e Electrical last year and was extremely pleased with the cameras and dimmers that were installed as well as the service and responsiveness. This year, I reached out to 3e again, we decided with Lutron Caseta smart controls which have seriously changed my life! I love these dimmers and the remotes; I can also have Alexa turn my lights on and off and dim them. They also installed a smart lock for me which is also a life changer. Marcello has a great team and I felt very comfortable with them in my house.

Great group of guys who work for Marcello, the owner, and who are friendly and knowledgeable...most of this work was doing retrofit on an older house.. They came in, cleaned all the old wiring out, and updated everything so now I have a real "smart" home! I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality electrical workmanship

Searching for reliable, honest, informative and service-oriented contractors can be overwhelming. My partner and I are first time homeowners and I wanted to have some light boxes installed in our multi-floor condo unit. I found 3e Electrical Construction via Google search and was thrilled by the communication right from initial contact. Marcello is extremely personable, direct and honest. He explained in detail what the job would entail and contacted me regularly throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied. He went out of his way to recommend products and methods for renovation work outside of the electrical job at hand and he also came to the job site in person to ensure the install path for the wiring was ideal based on the construction of our unit. Scott, our technician, was also very personable, professional and a general joy to have at the job site. Out of the several contractors I've dealt with since taking possession of our home, 3e has been by far the most communicative, professional and transparent. Marcello and his team were very courteous and responsive to questions and took the time to explain everything that was being recommended. They also identified an unrelated electrical issue left by the previous owners and took the initiative to rectify this for safety reasons without additional charge.

Hands down the best electricians in the city. After getting ghosted by a handful of other electricians, 3e Electrical not only promptly replied to my service request, but booked the service appointment for the very next week. The morning of, the team communicated frequently about arrival times. They showed up on time, were polite, professional, courteous and clearly explained what they would be doing. The work was completed on the same day. They really know their stuff and I was highly satisfied with the work and their level of care. Worth every penny! I will be recommending them to any friends and family that need service in the area.
