Inspect and repair the foundation 10ft x 10 ft., re-install the siding on the house, replace the downspout that was torn off the house, staighten a post on the corner of the veranda and remove the large pile of wood that was left from the old contractor. I asked for old patio stone to replace the asphalt that had been removed by the other contractor. I got a quote from LT Integrity Improvement and accepted and I told him that is all I could afford. Once the work was started Lend told me that it would cost me more to complete the work. If I could not afford the extra cost he would not continue the work. They had dug down to the bottom of the foundation but had not started the repair yet. The repair to the foundation was completed, blue skin and insulation installed. They also made a beautiful patio. Old wood pile was removed. Not everything on my list was done but the work done was excellent and the property was left clean. I recommend this company.

We hired Leng and his team to lift and reset the interlock in our backyard in early April. The team was very professional, always courteous and did an outstanding job. Given the great work they did in the backyard, we had them fix a planter in the front of the house as well as the interlock at the front of the driveway and front steps. We are thrilled with the work they did and would definitely use them again. Would highly recommend LT Integrity for your next project!

It went well. Just a little messy. They didn’t clean up

Leng and his boys did an amazing job replacing my bathroom floor tiles, repairing the ceiling below (we had a leak) and replacing the bathroom cabinet. The team is professional and any issues are discussed and resolved right away (in cost and time). I am very satisfied and I have already booked my next job with them.

Replacement of floor tiles in my large wall-in shower was completed beautifully! Very professional from start to finish - the owner responded to my inquiry promptly, came to do an estimate and provided the detailed estimate the same day, booked the job, stayed in constant contact, came with the crew to confirm the work, before and after. The crew were detail oriented, meticulous and professional. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with LT Integrity Improvements for future work!

I cannot recommend LT Integrity Improvements, at least for concrete-related jobs. They were pleasant to deal with and I hired them to seal my garage floor with epoxy back in the summer of 2023. Maverick Construction managed the job for Leng and they provided decent service and suggestions for the moisture issues the garage had. The job was satisfactory although they did have to come back to fix up a couple of things. In early January 2024, I noticed the epoxy was already starting to peel away from the concrete. I contacted Leng to set up a job to repair the epoxy in the summer to which he was agreeable. Attempts to set up a repair schedule seemed to be elusive even up until this summer. I suggested a lesser job that did not involve the epoxy repair but I unfortunately was ghosted with my requests. While I can recommend LT Integrity for a good initial job and a polite and courteous engagement, I cannot recommend them for the durability of their workmanship and follow-up service.

Excellent outfit. Pleasant to work with. Did great work on time, on budget. Will hire them again.
