We had extended our home with a master bedroom, master bathroom, mudroom and garage. House and homes did the entire construction. We were pleased with the service and quality of work.

We had the great experience of contracting with Carlous for a major renovation to our 100+ year home. From the beginning, Carlous was responsive and worked to assure us that our house would be in good hands: he met with us for an extended period of time to discuss our project, arranged for references and invited us to a current job site to review his work. The renovation involved taking the majority of our house down to the studs, sistering all of the joists to reinforce and level the floors (which previously had a significant slope), installing a new subfloor, reframing the entire upstairs floor, installation of drywall, hardwood flooring, and all of the finishings. We also did a full renovation of our bathroom, including a standing shower, moving the plumbing and all of the finishings. As with most large-scale construction projects, there were a few surprises that could not have been anticipated at the start of the project (for example, compromised structural framing). However, in each instance, Carlous would inform us of the issue, and ultimately implement our decision promptly. These surprises led to a small delay in our project, but Carlous and his team were present each day working on our project, without compromising quality. Carlous is very responsive. We expected to partner with someone who would be available to answer our calls, questions and any concerns. Carlous delivered in this respect. We would not hesitate to work with Carlous again.

Carloes did extensive work on our main floor. This included opening a wall between the kitchen and living room, replacing hard wood floors, replacing interior doors, painting several rooms and complete gut and re-build of the bathroom. Carloes is always accessible and worked hard to meet our needs. He is detail oriented and very particular about the quality of the work. He also had plenty of ideas which was helpful in coming to some of our final decisions. There were a few glitches, which is inevitable, but Carloes made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I will definitely hire Carloes again.

House and Homes Contracting sent 3 professional workers to do a Complete Bathroom Renovation. The gentleman were professional, knowledgeable and tidy. They took care with the project and my home as if it was their own. They removed a load barring wall from the main floor living room which opened up to the kitchen. In my Bathroom, They remove and reinstalled all tile and fixtures. They also turned my tub into a standup shower. I would recommend them for all sensitive jobs in the future.

We had been looking for the right contractor to take on this work and someone we could work with on future projects. We could not be happier with Carlous and the job he did... not only was the job a very affordable price, his attention to details was impressive. He was able to complete the job in the agree upon timelines and very accommodating to work with our schedule. I would high recommend House and Home Contracting for any projects large to small and will definitely be using them for our future projects.

I had a difficult task at hand and House and homes was able to not only get the job done but they had the years of expericence to do just that. House and Homes tore down walls, redesigned living and dinning rooms. They also did everything by code. overall, im very happy with the workmanship, and service. Without a doubt, i would definitely work with House And Homes again

Had a relatively small kitchen refresh that we wanted to do and chose House And Homes Contracting. Even though the project ran into a couple of glitches, Carlous was able to rectify them without issue. Carlous was very affordable, courteous and has a great personality to boot! Would not hesitate to recommend him and his team.

The work was done great and they were very clean with the garbage and I was pleased with the workmanship and the finished product
