Everything about them were great. They were fast and efficient as they removed all my old furniture. Friendly and cost effective too! No hidden fees and not franchised. I forgot about one large item and they came back to pick it up. Now that's customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Tim and son were fabulous. They emptied a furnished two bedroom condo in less then two hours including a trip to the dump midway. They were efficient, courteous and respectful.

We had a small couch that we weren't able to carry up from the basement and some other miscellaneous 'junk'. Junk Canada was fantastic! Their price was comparable to others, they came on time and were really nice. Very happy with their service and will use them again!

We needed to move my hoarding father in law in the middle of a pandemic. One phone call and these guys came in and it was all taken care of. Made it really for us. They carried everything out of the apartment and we’re very respectful of the building and the neighbours.

I contacted Tim on a Monday, and he (and his son) were able to drop by the next day to help me clear out a heavy mattress (with no handles) and old TVs from the basement. They were on time, did the work quickly, and stayed within the quote (even when I threw in one more item). Service was polite, clean (they made sure to wipe shoes before entering due to snow) and they wore masks (due to Covid lock-down). I had called a few companies, and Tim's quote was in the same ballpark as the others (got some higher quotes, and some lower). The reason I chose Tim was that I knew he would be coming, instead of a big company sending in a random crew. I would not hesitate to contact Junk Canada again.
