I hired this contractor for condo renovations, and they subcontracted part of the work to a team that did a terrible job. The work remains incomplete, and what has been done is falling apart and breaking. Despite this, the contractor has failed to address the issues, cover the cost of repairs, or take any responsibility. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

We had all the exterior of our windows and garage door painted this summer. The paint job was great, the team took care to do all preparation work properly before the painting. We also needed repair work done on some damaged wooden windows. This turned out to be more complicated than anticipated but Cush did a fabulous job helping us find different possible solutions with different price points so we had a clear picture of what can be done. Customer service was excellent, our project took a little longer than anticipated but Cush would always keep us updated on the progress.

Manny and his team were professional and efficient from start to finish. It was amazing to see the end results!

Timely, quality work with clean up after they were done. Workers were very polite and professional

Great service for indoor wall painting as part of repairs I needed to do inside the house. Manny and his team accomodated our hectic schedule and also made sure we were fully satisfied with the results. In fact they came back two times upon our request to clean up and do touch-ups. We also hired Rite painters for our backyard deck. This time they did the job without our supervision and our tenants where happy with the service as well. Overall I recommend Manny and his team to prospective customers. I will certainly go back to them for future work.

So I booked the company based on the reviews on the website. Upon review it appears they mainly do outdoor work and I should have taken notice of this. There were numerous mistakes and on several occasions I was told they would show up on a certain day and no one would come or told they would come at 10 am and I would be messaging the manager at 12:30 wondering where they were? After I paid for the job, I kept on being told they would do a touch up job and after chasing them for weeks and hearing they had already moved on to other jobs I gave up. They did the inside and the kitchen. One area in the bathroom really stuck out as they are supposed to be professionals and do a quality job. when we did the review I pointed out how the bathroom had paint all over the tiles. Manny assured me that his guys were professional and that they would only do this to cover old paint. I thought this was odd as its on tile and being clean would take president over a cover up? I ended up using my nail and scratched off a bit of the paint on the tiles and low and behold it was just a messy job. One other thing when they did the kitchen the cabinets ended up being scratched and they lost some of the screws for the hinges to which I only found out later when trying to open the door. Basically it looked good for show but not under the hood. They did come back and cover up the scratches but not the missing screws. Personally I think they are good guys but I think they bit off more then they could chew and I ended up being on the back burner or people showing up late and doing a rush job. Based on their history I would say 100% if you got a small inside job or doing outside use them... but do not let them pain your whole inside... it will be a let down.

I was very happy with this service. I found Manny very professional,nice and patient. I chose 2 different colors for my living room. After looking at the picture he sent me I decided that they were too dark. He came over and painted 2 lighter shades on the wall so I could look them over. I'm happy he did this because when the job was done I couldn't have been happier

Manny gave us an estimate and booked the job with us on Thursday. Brad came on Saturday to do the work and he was very prompt and respectful. We are very happy with the finished work.

I got in contact with Manny from Rite Painters and Reno originally for what I was hoping was a simple patch up job for my exposed ceiling to wall seams after having my popcorn ceiling removed. Manny was extremely patient with me as I stumbled through the unforeseen circumstances of renovation. He gave a thorough assessment of what renos could be done without being pushy and his trustworthiness caused me to switch over to use his company for the paint job we needed completed within a tight timeline. Manny gave what I believe was fair pricing and was always available to chat about the job. Brad (painter) was exceptional and we're super happy with the paint job of our 1600 sq ft unit walls and ceilings and would not hesitate to have Manny and his team work on any project in our home. Bottom line is: There are many companies that can do the job. But only so many who would do it well, be fair in their quotes, and be honest about the process. Manny and the Rite Painters met this high standard and I am so glad to have worked with them.
