Our dishwasher leaked and it went unnoticed until one of our hardwood floor boards behind it started turning black. Robert came the next day to assess the situation, and worked to accommodate our schedule to have his crew come within a couple days to remediate it. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and Robert's involvement throughout.

Highly recommend without a doubt. I appreciated how fast their customer service responded to my request. Robert and team were great and arrived on time. Very impressed by their attitude and helpfulness. Explained everything upfront. Tarps were nicely setup surrounding the working area to prevent other area from getting contaminated. Work done in a timely manner. Really earned my full endorsement.

When we moved into our home in 2011, our home inspector missed that the house was filled with mold (and seriously infested with mice). One of us was became extremely ill and was off work for months. Surgery and ongoing medication manage the issues. We had the mold remediated and breathed more easily - literally. As new health issues emerged, however, we felt it important to retest our home for mold just to be sure. We were delighted to find that we have no mold issues in the house at all. Providing peace of mind was crucial for us and Robert came, did the testing, and provided us the results very quickly. It was lovely to work with him. If you know you have mold, get it removed. If you don't know, get it tested. Your health is worth the expense. Believe me.

Robert came to inspect our property and found mold in the basement due to a leak in the foundation. We contracted his company to remediate the mold and I would have to say they did a great job. Our experience Maple Leaf Mold was excellent from start to finish and we would hesitate to recommend their service.

Maple leaf mold was fantastic. I called several other companies because we needed the job done very urgently as our contractor was set to begin construction the next day. I am pregnant and the night before construction was to begin we found there was asbestos in our floor tile. Robert was the only one who was able to inspect and collect samples the day I called him. He also found a major mold issue during his inspection, who knows how long we have been breathing that in. by the next day, Maple leaf mold began the asbestos abatement and mold remediation and within two days the work was complete. We are still on track with our renovation thanks to them, and (relatively) on budget. Could not recommend enough. Will be referring to everyone I know ! See picture for before and after!
