We just had Caledonian Plumbing and Heating remove all our old grey plastic pipes with nice, new Pex, replace a toilet as well as the kitchen taps. Adam and Ian did an amazing job. They were thorough, professional and courteous at all times. The work looks great and is much improved from the original installation. All was complete in the time frame that was estimated. Cleanup was outstanding. We will definitely use Caledonian for all our future plumbing and heating needs.

Grant has helped us out on several occasions, the latest being a kitchen reno and water softener installation. The reno went well, we moved a kitchen sink drain and supply, also added a dishwasher outlet. Grant and his apprentice were prompt, quickly finished and very professional. Later they installed a softener. The first one had issues (twice) and Grant replaced it with another model with no fuss or bother. Top notch service and work.

I would highly recommend Caledonian Plumbing and Heating. Grant was quick, efficient and very professional. He was determined to troubleshoot our plumbing issue until it was fixed perfectly. He even took the time to befriend our very shy English bulldog. I would have no hesitation in using Grant’s services again. Excellent customer service!

Grant was quick to respond to my request. He showed up at the scheduled time and he replaced the taps I needed replacing. He also responded to my email about sourcing the replacement taps. I would use him again for any plumbing needs.

Our furnace fan needed repair and Grant came recommended on the Facebook groups. His service was thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me advice on things to watch out for in the future and when to seek help. Grant was very friendly and definitely take pride in his workmanship! I would highly recommend him and will call him in the future if the need arises.

Grant responded to my posting on Homestars very quickly, and included all the information I needed to be able to book an appointment right away. The price was very reasonable (lower than most competitors) and the service top notch from start to finish. I will call Caledonian Plumbing again if I have future plumbing needs.

Grant was extremely professional, his price was more than reasonable, he listened to what I wanted, and offered his advice on things I was unsure about. His work was done in a timely manner and to the highest standard (I'm extremely picky). I was already recommending him to friends before he'd even finished his job with me; I was that impressed. I would absolutely work with Grant again, and highly recommend him.

Pipes for upstairs bathrooms needed re-routing. The work was done quickly and competently. Grant had been sick for a couple of days, but showed up anyway a little late. I suspect he was not 100% but still got things done efficiently. His hourly rate is reasonable, given his level of training and expertise. I would have no problem recommending him for small or large jobs.

Grant was able to fit my job in the same day. He was very quick to get it fixed. He was informative and reassuring. I will certainly be using Caledonian's services for future plumbing needs.
