We recently had our basement bathroom renovated. The bathroom was a complete redo including a walk-in shower conversion. The whole process was great from start to finish and the bathroom looks absolutely amazing. Extremely professional.  Evan and his team were very professional and extremely meticulous. They were very open to suggestions and they had some great ideas we hadn't even considered. They were very helpful and pleasant throughout the process. All said it was a very satisfying experience and I would definitely use their services again and I would highly recommend Jiang's Renovations for any projects you may be considering.

Having to inquire various renovation companies I finally chose Jiangs Home Renovation as it was highly recommended by a friend who had upgraded his 2 million dollar house and basement. I am to say with confidence, I'm glad I made the right decision. The estimate is extremely thorough with very detailed measuring and explanation, Evan is extremely transparent with the estimate of materials, labor and optional upgrades, he will work around your budget and will provide accurate information about where your money is going. Honesty being #1 I give him 5 out of 5. The renovation was well planned out, with details about what days what steps will be accomplished, if in case there happends to be delay or accidents what plan B will be. His knowledge, experience and connections with other suppiers (in my case cabinets, quarts/marble suppliers, electricians and flooring) are all first hand, he is the only renovation company that is honest in where the supplies are sourced and explains the costs, which is extremely reasonable. Costs wise he is 5 out of 5. The workmanship and attention to detail is definitely on point, when it comes to even a 0.5 inch of levelling in the floor tiles, one single inch in aligning of the cabinets, the sanding to ensure smoothness of the corners of the quartz/marble countertops to each paint stroke on the wall, to the matching of faucets. He knows the trend and works around your choice of style to bring out the most high-class look in interior design. Not to mention the quality of service in making sure everything fits well together and not look like a compromised job, for the effort and professional work 5 out of 5. Everyone who visits my condo loves the change, even my management says they would like to know who did such an amazing job. What many people are concerned with when it comes to finding an affordable yet reliable company, is the warranty, license and reputation of the company. Evan's response is almost immediate, I had notice that my original pipe was leaking (which wasn't a part of the job), I contacted Evan and immediately he had sent someone who was plumbing certified to help me take care of it so it doesn't affect my newly renovated washroom. All of his men is WSIB and safety regulation certified, carrying all necessary building permit and insurance in the case an issue was to arise, for the sense of security 5 out of 5! You won't regret chosing Jiangs Home Renovation, if you are looking for a quality job, where every dollar you spend ensures your home will increase significantly in value, have him come by for an estimate see how he can upgrade your house and your lifestyle.

The workmanship and professionalism that Evan and his team provided was exemplary . From our first meeting i realized that Evan was thorough and honest while explaining my options in a respectful manner. He explained everything and answered all my concerns diligently and always went out of his way to make me happy with whatever work i required. While constructing and remodelling everything from bathrooms to flooring Evan made sure that i was aware of the costs involved and tried to keep my costs down. In doing so he did not compromise making my house into something beautiful and his workmanship was not left unnoticed by friends and neighbours who asked me for his number for future work. Surprisingly, Evan afforded me a lot of latitude regarding when i needed to start and worked around my schedule from beginning to completion. This was amazing as i have rarely seen this in most of my previous renovations where there were many delays. Evan made sure that everything was prompt and responded to my texts quickly. As i added more and more work Evan was responsive and priced the additional work at a reasonable cost which provided me with great comfort. I will never use anyone else for my future work and regard honesty, respect and detailed workmanship as defining attributes that Evan and his crew possess . I will be referring them to everyone.

My husband and I hired Jiang's Home for a whole house reno project. We had a very good experience with Jiang's . For our project, the team was led by one project manager and a crew of 4 to 5 technicians and workers. For almost everything we requested, they were able to get done for us. Their price is reasonable yet the quality of work is great. Their customer service is excellent! The project manager is considerate and often provided professional advice to us that was helpful. They also provided a number of additional services to us with no charge. Completion of project was timely except a minor delay that was out of the team's control and it was communicated well to us. Overall, I was happy with the team. I would recommend Jiang's Home!

We are very happy with the outcome. From start to finish, Evan and his team (led by Loise) were efficient and project was completed seamlessly. Detailed descriptions of the work and cost were provided. Loise and his crew were very polite and hardworking.

Evan and his team specialized in details and a thorough reno job! They are very organized and neat in works. When there was an opportunity, Evan offered to raise our washroom ceiling, resulting in a bigger washroom for us! We are so happy for that! Every job was thoroughly thought off ahead by the team and done with exquisite craftsmanship. Communication was smooth and very pleasant. Overall, we are very pleased with Evan and his team. My wife & I just finished a whole home renovation with Evan and his team at Jiang's Home Renovation, and we could not be happier with our choice of contractor, how this project went and the finished product. The quality of work was top notch, Evan and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty, were a pleasure to work with, finished on time and on budget and just completely eliminated any worry we might have had going into a project of this size and nature. We've all heard the home improvement horror stories. It's natural to worry going into a project like this about all of the things that could possibly go wrong, but Evan and his team quickly put any such fears to rest. They were fabulous and I would give them ten stars if I could. If we ever have another home renovation project to do, a call to Evan is the only one I will make. I won't even bother to solicit other quotes.

Evan was very prompt on the initial quoting stage. We felt his costs are reasonable and affordable. He's a very knowledgeable person on home renovations. Evan, Daniel and crew worked very quickly to do the job. I'm satisfied with the demolition work but wished there was a better way to prevent dust from escaping the work-site and into other rooms. During the renovations Evan did help us understand some of the work being done. He was very responsive when asked to make some major and minor changes. He accommodated most of our requests with the agreed additional costs associated with the changes. He did his best to make sure we we're on schedule despite some of the hurdles of waiting for the cabinetry to arrive. Note the cabinetry wasn't late but we wanted to make sure everything fit correctly. Overall I would consider hiring Evan and his team to do the next renovation project. We're very happy with our new kitchen. Thank you Jiang team!
