Stuart provided a reasonable estimate for an effective repair to our wet basement issue. His staff worked diligently to make the repairs in a very efficient manner. We would highly recommend Stuart and his crew to resolve a wet basement crisis.

It's never fun having to deal with a flood in your basement, but I can honestly say that the PH Group made the process of getting water out of my home as painless and cost effective as possible. I can't recommend this company strongly enough. Unlike the first basement repair company I contacted, these guys always picked up their phones, returned my calls and consistently showed up on-time. From start to finish, I was given accurate prices and information about what was causing the water leakages I was experiencing. Stuart quickly diagnosed the issues as being a faulty sump pump and a cracked window well and very logically went over the pros and cons of my various options with me. At no time did I ever feel like he was trying to "upsell" me on an extra product/service I didn't need. We agreed on a course of action and Stuart and his team worked quickly to fix the problem before the next rainfall could cause more damage. Now, with everything repaired - my basement is always bone dry and I no longer have to worry about stepping in puddles after a major rainstorm. So if you are having an issue with water leakage and need quality help urgently before things get worse, my advice is to make these guys your first phone call.

I am very thankful to Stuart and Chris for their dedication to the excellence in their work, very polite and responsible attitude to their customers and fairness in calculations of quotes. This is the second time when I asked Stuart to come and help me with the emergency when there was a leakage in my basement. Stuart came out and quoted my basement repair, he was very knowledgeable and gave a very competitive quote for an inside fix. Crew came in to do the job, very efficient.
