Can't say enough good things about this company. Karol is extremely professional and was a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the speed at which our main floor was framed for our renovation and the attention to detail at every step. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable carpenter!

I hired KAROL for framing & load bearing beam for my job in Newmarket and he exceeded my expectations by far! The moment he walked on the job, I realized from his set up of tools and planning prior to starting his cuts, he was a season pro. From punctuality, quality and overall great guy, he will now become a solid member of my team!

We hired Saco Construction to do our framing and drywall for our basement renovation. We were very pleased with not only the work that was done, but the professionalism that Karol has running the business. He was very responsive whenever I reached out to him and showed up right on time to do the work exactly when he said he was going to. He also consulted me before any final decision was made with the layout and always gave an option for me to decide on. I would and will 100% recommend to others.

We had Karol from Saco Construction frame our basement this week and we would 100% recommend him to any and everyone looking for a skilled, professional tradesmen! Karol was very prompt at responding to my inquiries by phone and text, and always extremely punctual. I was immediately impressed at how quickly he booked us in for a quote and the turn around time to get the quote was a matter of hours. He was always responsive to my text messages and was professional and courteous in his communication. The quality of his work speaks for itself... it is clear he is a master at what he does. He and one other crew member framed our project in one day, and left our space clean as can be. Great pricing, Amazing quality and just an overall pleasure to work with! Karol and his team are beyond exceptional. A real pleasure to work with. When he tells you he’ll be there at a certain time, he’s there on the dot. Quality of his work is excellent and he truly cares to make it perfect for you. A gem of a person - so incredibly helpful - I would recommend him without hesitation!

Saco construction was a great contractor during our kitchen / first floor Reno this November. From the day of assessment and quote we knew Karol and his crew were the perfect fit for our project. Karl from Saco construction was amazing to work with, very professional, punctual and does great framing work. Was amazed at how fast him and his helper finished the basement. It took them 2 days and the job was very neat. He definitely has a lot of experience doing this gave me several options for layout and to make maximum use of the space I had. Would recommend him to anyone that needed his services. Thanks for your help once again Karl.
