Professional, great communication, detail oriented framers. Saco Construction was able to accommodated my project within 2 weeks notice and had a large basement complete in 2 days. We’re given a clean work area to start and left it clean at the end. Worth every dollars spent.

Karol did a fantastic job framing the basement for us. His workmanship and experience by far exceeded my expectations. From the initial meeting upon completion everything was super smooth. I would definitely contact Karol without hesitation for any future work. I have already referred him to a friend and will continue to do so.

Karol was very professional, friendly and fast! He was quick to add a subfloor and, framed our fireplace and knocked down a wall in our basement and made the downstairs so much more spacious. Weeks later we decided to redo our bathroom and he was quick to respond when needing to frame the new shower install. Would definitely use saco construction again and highly recommend. Thank Karol!!

Karol from Saco Construction was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my HomeStars requests, was polite, came out to quote, was on time, on budget and accurate. He knows his stuff. Work started a few weeks after quoting (according to our schedule and his - he’s busy, which is good). Karol just spent the past 2.5/3 days framing out basement (to code) and I’m doing so created the space of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and living/dining area. He pays attention to detail and it is evident on his work. The basement was cleaned and left immaculate when he left. Very, very pleased with the work Karol has done and we hope to have him drywall the same space in the next bit. Thank -you.

Karol completed my full basement framing on time and on budget! I appreciated Karol’s professional input for some of the design choices and project came out better than I could imagine! Karol from Saco construction was a true professional from start to finish. We had two meetings prior to starting the job. First one was to take measurements and get a quote and second was to discuss door locations and bulk heads. Material was delivered on time. Karol showed up both days on time and did an extremely professional job in just two days. He also cleaned up after the job was done. Karol was recommended to me by a friend, who had only good things to say about his work. I'm in the process of doing a complete bathroom renovation, which needed to be reframed ASAP, as the plumber could not proceed with his job until that was done. I called Karol asking if he could take a look, and he came over that SAME day to plan, give advice, and got started on the job the next morning! I was shocked at how knowledgeable, and most of all RELIABLE he was!!!
