Almost four years ago Shane and his wife refinished a very old cast iron tub of mine. It had been refinished twice previously, with mediocre results. After their 2018 job it looked great. Ten months later Shane and his wife returned to touch up an area that was lifting along one edge - no charge. Today (late August, 2022) they returned to clean the patina that had developed and repair some chips from a hand held shower head. A couple of hours later the tub looks brand new. $250. They showed up when they said they would and did really good work.

Outstanding job! The design hinged on their ability to restore and they delivered... renovating a grand Victorian home's washroom with a very rough warn out clawfoot was a challenge. As a professional designer I was concerned that the design could be blown if the existing clawfoot tub is not finished well, since the refinishing comes towards end of reno. DR. Duck knowledge of vintage clawfoots was impressive and the refinishing was amazing. I phoned many refurbishing companies and Dr Duck was one of very few that would take on this challenge. I highly recommend Dr. Duck!

Professional, clean and the tub now looks new again! Affordable alternative and better for the environment. Jennifer and Shane were great to deal with and only did what was necessary. Very happy with the results!
