Permitguys has been excellent throughout the whole process. Thanks to Mati for taking on my project and being upfront with me. Bijan paid great attention to detail. He accommodated all of my requests and worked with me to ensure the permit application went smoothly. Bijan also kept me updated the whole way, from the beginning to receiving the permit package. I would not hesitate to hire Permitguys again. Make sure you ask for Bijan!

This company was hired to design a back yard deck that would comply with the local by-laws as well as the general building code for Ontario. The design included a 2 level deck, (to allow for the slope away from the house) and a step down from the sliding doors. While the deck build was in progress, it was discovered the lower level would be too close to the ground and NOT comply with the necessary clearance height. As a result, the deck design had to be changed while the work was in progress! I sent an email dated 23 April 2024 to Mati of the Permitguys, to make him aware of the above facts and to date, have not received a response. He has NOT acknowledged my request for a final invoice showing I have paid in full.

The team at permitguys.ca great to work with. They were helpful at every step of the way from initial conversation with Mati and when they first came to measure the basement through the design process to the helping us get the final permit. Bijan was great and responded quickly to our requests. Would definitely use their service again. They made the process easy. Thanks Mati and team.
