Dmitriy (technician) came out within a day or 2 of the service request (August 15th, 2018). He replaced the defective burner for a glass-top stove. He told us there is a 6 month warranty. 3 months later the burner no longer works. I have emailed him 3 times, he claims he didn't get the email. I've called and texted the information to him, and he always says he will get back to me. This stove belongs to my elderly mother and I've been chasing him for this repair for almost 2 weeks now. We were happy with the initial service but this current experience is extremely disappointing.

Our frig broke down on June 6th. I put a notice on HomeStars and ApplianceFix responded that evening. Their technician came by the next afternoon. He was only in the home for approximately 10 minutes and diagnosed the problem as a broken starter. Once replaced he left for the day. Exactly ONE WEEK later the frig broke down again on Thursday, June 13th, 2018. I called the company many times over the next two days; some of my calls were blocked or sent back a message "I cannot talk to you at this time". The owner promised to have a technician come by on the Saturday but no one arrived. On Tuesday June 19th the technician arrived and diagnosed a blown main control board. Replacement would cost $425 plus labour. The starter did not have a problem. I lost the value of all my food plus I had to buy a new refrigerator.

Just not long ago i have a huge leaking behind my washing machine i called appliancefix and they came in the same day and repaired it. Very polite and professional people.

amazing company.. they did a great job reparing home appliances.. they made sure it is fixed. they came prepared and they did it on the spot. the company is fast and efficient. the price was good too.
