Chris always is able to swoop in and save the day! We have had the pleasure of knowing him since his early plumbing days and he -without fail - has always provided us with superior customer service and superior plumbing services. We trust him. He genuinely cares. He is very intelligent. He is a creative problem solver. He is always one step ahead. From changing us from an electric water tank to a gas tankless system, to handling all the renovations in my parents huge kitchen and ensuite remodel, to the everyday HELP!!! Its leaking!!! texts, Chris has consistently proved himself to be an excellent plumber and human. We have recommended him countless times to many and are proud to do so, knowing that he will provide superior service.

Was in a pinch and had no clue how to work our new equipment. He was in the area so came right away. Will def be calling them FIRST for any needs. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. Nicest guy EVER! THANK YOU!!!

We had a furnace that was misbehaving. It would intermittently drop out (flame would go out even though the thermostat was commanding it on) and not relight. The problem was intermittent. These are the hardest problems to find as you don't know when they are going to occur. Chris came in, did a through examination of the furnace, listened to my input and observations, and then we decided to change the gas valve. This fixed the problem and the furnace is now working well. We were really impressed with Chris' thoroughness, preparedness, and professionalism. We are planning to have Chris back when we are ready to change the furnace and water heater.

Our outside faucet wouldn’t turn off. Chris from Tulip Plumbing solved the issue in no time and added a new interior shut-off valve. Very professional - highly recommended!

Was very happy with the Service I would highly recommend Tulip Plumbing and heating. Fast efficient honest. Communicated everything. Polite and friendly. It was after business hours and he did not make me feel like I was being a burden. Would highly recommend. Was very open and honest about the after our rates and did not make me feel pressured was told that if I decided to have him come in after hours that I could give them a call and it would be no problem.

Chris came to my condo right on time as promised, he worked quickly to replace my kitchen faucet and I am very satisfied with the results ! He’s a pleasant , knowledgeable young man and was able to give me good advice on another project I have in mind. I would definitely recommend this plumber service to anyone!

Chris from Tulip is the most honest and stand up trade i have ever had the pleasure of hiring.
