Ray and his team were knowledgeable, hardworking, reliable, efficient, respectful, helpful, punctual, adaptable, flexible, professional, provided us with fair reasonable pricing, and with great quality customer service. Ray and his team were able to accomplish our basement renovation that included: framing, drywall, painting, insulation, plumbing, shower installation, flooring, pot lights, access panels, door replacements, thorough clean up in 2 weeks as promised, which was so amazing and appreciated. We highly recommend RayS Homes, you will not be disappointed with the finished product. We wish Ray and his team continued success.

Ray and Carlos installed a basement window with cutout as well a bedroom window. Work was done on time and price as quoted, Im extremely happy with work done and how they cleaned up after. Would definitely recommend using this company.. thanks again Ray.

Rays Homes did my entire house renovation. He was very honest and gave us fair pricing throughout the entire process whether it be upgrades or changes to scope etc. He was hard working and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Ray has been fantastic to deal with through our insulation upgrade and reno project, which we added to midway through. Always super responsive and fast to deal with small tidy ups on site throughout. Raymond and his team fixed a disastrous reno job from a previous hire quickly and efficiently. He was super knowledgeable and able to advise us on how to remedy the situation. He was respectful of our timeline and left the apartment clean post reno. Would definitely recommend Raymond and his team!

I had an emergency plumbing issue in my basement floor that needed immediate repairs. I chose Rays Homes for the job and very happy that I did! Ray was honest, thorough and extremely knowledgeable on the task at hand. In layman's terms, I had several leaks in most of the pipes that needed to be replaced. I remember other contractors trying to give me a bandaid solution, which may have been less costly to begin with, but would be much more costly in the end to have someone come back to repair what someone else already supposedly fixed. The process sounded extreme, exhausting. I imagined it would take months to remedy but surprisingly, the entire process took a little under two weeks. I appreciated Ray showing up every single day working from early morning to night without hesitation or delay. I hope Ray does not mind this part of my review, but Id like to share what most stuck out: remembering there was a day that a tool he ordered did not come in time. From experience most people would just call ot a day! Thinking that would be the case I was surprised to return to progress! He does not give up and it made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice. will no doubt be using Rays Homes for future projects! And definitely highly recommend. Thanks, Ray and team!

Old wall insulation removal and new insulation installed. Old insulation was 50 years old and no longer effective New installation was to code. Ray was professional in approaching the task, not the least costly, but because of his expertise, we decided to use his company He was on-site continually, No long lunches nor breaks and 13 hours later, they had cleaned up the work site and left us pleased with our decision

Ray and his crew responded within 24 hours. His professional and courteous service couldnt have come at a better time when we were going through a family crisis. He took on the repair as if it was his own home. We look forward to using him for any home building/renovation needs.

We are very happy with our new bathroom. Raymond started and finished the job on time. He gave us great design and product suggestions, and always kept us informed on the progress.
