Kitchen and bathroom condo renovations- I don’t know where to begin- I contacted Iyad second week of October after I have seen a dozen contractors- Iyad provided me a quote on the spot which no other contractor could do and the rest just mumbled something about ranges, if you know what material and supplies someone is using you should be able to provide a quote ( the previous contractor who was supposed to do the job gave me the quote night before I was supposed to sign the contract!! That’s when I went looking for other contractors and found Iyad) often with renovations you can expect for it to take twice as long as it’s estimated- not with Amro contracting- despite of me asking for everything to be done a week before Christmas 95% was complete first week of December with final touches being put this weekend- this is unheard of. Iyad started right away after we signed the contract, he provided me advice and was available all the time for my questions or advice and when issues arouse ( Rona was out of stock of a bathtub and shower fixture I chose and Iyad went around the store and sent me photos as I was out of the country- advice: buy from wayfair as they are better quality and reliable) when I asked for more things than originally put in the contract, Iyad and his team accommodated. When the lighting fixture I purchased alone was not the match, Iyad and his team accommodated. Despite of starting with such a short timeline to remodel entire kitchen and 2 washrooms, all doors, painting and changing floor tiles, trims and window panes Iyad and his team managed to do it (cabinets and countertops take several weeks to set up so Iyad started the job and worked around it- if you are looking for someone reliable then amro general contracting is for you.
