    Basement Renovation

    Our friends recommended Armor General Contracting. After seeing there finished work; we decided to hire them. And we highly recommend them. There work is spotless. The team was extremely professional. Iyad gave us a reasonable price; and an estimate of 12-15days for the work. We requested his team to work no late than 7pm as kids go to bed around that time. His team was very cooperative; respected our request and still manage to finish the work in 13 days. The finished basement is exactly the way we dreamt of. We came up with some last minute changes for our kitchen in basement; Iyad and his team was very generous and flexible. They agreed on the change with a simile on the face. They kept us up to date with every days plan. We couldn’t be happier with the work.

    Finishing my basement

    Eyad came to my house and he gave me an estimate to finish my basement. I have never dealt with any contractor like this before. He covered every single piece of furniture. The flooring was covered with a rubbery mat to prevent any damage. The crew is really proffisional, they showed up Around 9 and leave around 5. They have fixed all the damage that was caused by taking their equipment downstairs. Am So happy with the outcomes. I have a new bathroom and nice laundry room. Amazing laminate flooring. I highly recommend Amro general contracting. Thank you Eyad and keep up the good work.

    Basement Repair

    Hiring Amro General Contracting to repair my basement after a flood was a terrible idea. I looked for a company other than the one recomended by my insurer because I wanted quality work. The work from Amro General Contracting was incredibly sloppy and the finish product is amateur level. They did not use skilled employees to complete the job so nothing looks professional. They did not keep to the schedule. Typically the employees would arrive late and then work late into the evening. They rushed to finish the job and tried to pass it off as complete. I have included the pictures of what they believe was "finished". It's actually unbelievable when you look at the pictures how obviously low quality the work is. After coming back to fix all the sloppy work and having 3 "final" inspections the work is still not done properly. The trim paint remains incomplete, there are drip marks and excess caulking on brand new trim, the brand new floor is scratched and has paint spots all over it (we kept telling them to use a tarp and they refused, saying they would mop it up after). My doors and stairs were damaged by the moving of the equipment. Overall it was a terrible experience and my basement still isn't finished.

My bad luck drove me to work for this client, they had a very wet basement and I told them to fix the leak before I come to start, then they called me 2 weeks after assuming that the leak has been fixed and it's fine now to start and I gave them a timeline 7-10 days to finish, suddenly in the middle of the job the rain came and it's still leaking so I took a pictures and I called him to see what is going on. So he he doesn't wanna spend any more money to fix the leaks and he pushed me to finish the job within the given period, I did cooperate with him and I started 3 fans in the basement so the mud and paint drys to finish on time but Nothing was drying easily so we had make a double effort and we got two different teams to finish his job on time, in the end with all the difficulties that we faced we had a very beautiful conclusion and we are very satisfied for what we did in (9 days) only. please go to following link to see the pictures: https://www.facebook.com/1058861007573067/posts/1617947014997794/ Anyway I hope other contractors don't get involved to work for this people for the following reasons: 1) they never appreciate your efforts. 2) they never smile on your face. 3) they will never ever get satisfied 4) they don't tell the truth and they don't accept any excuses.     Kitchen and basement renovation

    Excellent workmanship. Everyone in the team was hardworking, pleasant and friendly to work with. Workers came in every day dedicating long hours to the renovation on weekdays and weekends. We are extremely happy with how our newly renovated kitchen and basement looks now.

    Basement Finishing / Renovation

    We hired Amro General Contracting to finish our basement, and we highly recommend them based on a tremendous job they did, being super honest and trustworthy. Iyad, the owner of the company, gave us a very reasonable price estimate and a 4 week schedule. He and his crew started the job early to accommodate our request to finish before end of July. They finished the job in 3 weeks and 4 days and we now have a beautiful basement. Iyad was super flexible with our requests and changes to the plan. He never said no and went out of his way to accommodate us. We are definitely calling Iyad back for some new project to renovate our kitchen. Hamed

    Ledger Stone wall with Fireplace

    In my project they did the following:- 1. Replace my old wood burner fireplace with electric fireplace on ledger stone wall in my living room 2. Build a new ledger stone wall with 60 inch fireplace and sound bar installation in my basement 3. Change few electric fixtures and install a brand new chandelier for the roof of my staircase. I highly recommnd them because of the following:- 1. The price quote is reasonable 2. Very hard working and focused on their job 3. Always keeping in mind customer satisfaction 4. Positive attitude

    Bathroom And Laundry Room Renovation

    I had reached out to various for quotes and idea on how to turn my big laundry room to have 3 pc washroom in as well. The contractors were not coming up with any creative idea but Iyad came up with the best plan aesthetically and financially. He got the work done before time. His work organization skills are really good and when to line up whom like plumber, tiler, as he knows his work very well. He is the first contractor to finish work on time and quality of work was at best as can be seen in photos. If you are looking for renovation and want creative ideas for best use of space at reasonable cost, I would highly recommend Amro General Contracting.

    Basement Finishing Reno

    Iyad viaited our home to look at the basement to provide an estimate. Upon scoping the basement he gave some interesting suggestions that we didn't thin of and we liked his ideas. Before he left he gave us an all-in price which we found to be reasonable after getting one other quote. Iyad is patient and complied with most of our requests and assured us that they want us to be happy. Iyad's team work hard and were always courteous. Everytime we went to see the progress they were focused and working. They finished our basement in exactly 4 weeks within the price he originally gave us. Great job!! Thanks, Vimal and Mona
