Our powder room toilet had a slow leak that seeped through the floor and damaged the basement. Anton and his crew did a fantastic job remediating the mold and restoring the basement area. He is extremely trustworthy and delivered the project on time and within budget. Anton is great with communication as well - always gives an estimated time of arrival (and punctual) and keeps us posted with the progress and next steps. He also suggests ways that will help us save on costs without compromising the result. Overall a great experience - I would recommend Contractor Pass to anyone looking for water damage restoration / mold remediation / renovation services.

I was very happy with Anton and his crew. They were quick to respond, had the best price, and finished the work in the time frame promised. At a time when the city was overrun with water damage due to a huge storm, it was amazing that they could come and complete the work in such a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Contractor Pass.

Anton is outstanding! We had water get into our basement and had insurance deny any ability to claim and had two estimates at $30k to find and fix the issue. Anton came in and immediately focused on practical problem solving and ultimately helped us take an approach that only required drying out our basement and making some very inexpensive repairs to gaps in our window caulking and stone on the exterior of the main floor. He suggested this step and monitoring its effectiveness before jumping into a massive project like the other contractors did. There may be more work down the road and we will definitely go back to Anton and team as hes built a high level of trust in a short period of time. In a pool filled with sharks, Anton was a life preserver to safety.

I had mold damage in basement washroom and needed proper mold remediation. I got several quotes different companies and picked Contractor pass since they were competitively priced and really investigated causes of mold in initial meeting. Anton and his team did a great job containing the basement and protecting the floors leading to entrances in the house to basement. They truly cared about identifying the mold causes and checked all possibilities and found the leak. They were very efficient and on time to start job. They helped me to find plumber on short notice with great pricing to take care of leak and left the dehumidifiers for few days at no extra cost. The clean up was great and i would highly recommend company

This is our second time working with Anton, and once again he has gone above and beyond in the work he and his team did, as well as providing answers to questions. He is very patient, and always willing to help. He and his team are super friendly, tidy, and do great work. They called to provide windows of arrival, and made absolutely sure the work was done to their standard, which is high. Id recommend Contractor Pass without hesitation.

The team that came out were amazing! They were so friendly and kind. Communicated all the details with me and ensured they address any of my concern. They were completed my bathroom renovation in a timely manner. I am using them for my mom's house next!
