Quick and friendly - The person who came to repair was very detailed, informative, and I understood what was being done and recommended for further needs. I very much appreciated the detailed report that is sent after the visit as well - helped show/explain to the others in the household the issues with our roof. All around great experience!

We had a few minor repairs needed for our roof which was already under warranty through Citadel. Clayton and his team were outstanding! Prompt, professional and thorough. You never know with some companies if they will stay true to their warranty policy but Citadel exceeded our expectations! Thank you!! Highly recommended!
