Responsive. Showed up quickly and when he said he would. Did a good, clean job and at a very reasonable price.

We had 5 furnaces to fix, heating to turn on and a small issue to solve. John managed to quickly and efficiently fix all these concerns.

Ive worked with John a few times now with a few small maintenances regarding HVAC and furnace. Hes always responsive and does a great job when I needed help. Highly recommended!

John was great! I called him to have our gas line extended and bbq connected. He got back to me right away and had everything set up the next day. He also took some time to look over our furnace which I appreciated.

We have been having issues with our heating and AC for a couple of years. The AC would work the whole day without bringing the temperature down. We contacted John in July and told him about the issue and he came over the same day. As soon as he checked the furnace and AC, he said machines are working fine, it is the flow that needs to be adjusted. He adjusted the system and we finally started feeling the cool air coming from the ducts. John was honest, professional and efficient and we will use Sarman Air for all our future needs. This my second time calling John. He replaced our AC in 2019 & I was struck by his no BS attitude & reliability. Ive recommended him to friends since. This time he swapped out our water heater. As usual he was quick to respond & was at my house within a few hours. The job was done efficiently. John goes out of his way to let it know his arrival & other timelines. His prices are fair & I trust him. I wish I could find a plumber like him! Highly recommended.
