My old water heater had a leak. I called John and by the evening I had a brand new water heater installed. On a Friday evening!! Many thanks for speed and professionalism. He followed up with me the next morning. Very happy with the service. I definitely recommend him.

I was in a very tight situation on a very cold January evening my furnace decided to blow cold air at 10PM my home was freezing cold. Within a 20 min John was at my doorstep John then diagnosed and repaired the issue in under 10 min I Also felt very comfortable in the information he was telling me about my current furnace on what to do and how to maintain it John thanks again you are now my first call if I need further repairs

Our furnace broke down during a very cold weather week. John assesed the situation and installed a new furnace in 24 hours. Excellent & professional service all around. Highly recommend!

John replaced my furnace in couple of hours, with incredible price. I am happy with his service. He is always available to fix the heating and cooling system.

John got back to me immediately after reaching out to him for help with a faulty furnace. He diagnosed the issue and offered to repair or replace it. This was on a Sunday, and Monday morning he already had the new furnace and installation was underway. Professional, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. A+++ highly recommended.

John identified the leak in our furnace and fixed it promptly. He also identified rusty connections that will need to be replaced next year.

John at Sarman Air was fantastic! He was quick to respond, courteous, honest and very understanding of the challenges we faced with lack of hot water availability. What was supposed to be a relatively quick fix turned out to be more than that, involving multiple visits (due to parts issues from the manufacturer, not John). However, he adapted and persisted until the problem was completely resolved. He even rescheduled other appointments to make himself available given the emergency nature of our problem. I would recommend John in a heartbeat! Sarman Air now has my business going forward with the regular scheduled maintenance for my hot water tank.
