Matt, Tyler, and team are the best of the best. Great people to work with, prompt communication, and knowledgeable about their business. We worked very closely with Tyler and a few other techs and have nothing but great things to say about them. Pace installed a beautiful "lift" that is more like an elevator in our 1923 hip roof wedding reception barn. It works great and we have no complaints at all. Anytime we have a question or concern (not many at all) their lines are always promptly answered by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who sends any kind of assistance immediately. Finding service like that can be hard, so we are thankful to have Pace taking care of our elevator. We look forward to years of working with this company and would recommend them to any and all.

Signed a maintenance contract with Pace and they refuse to come service our elevator. Now we've failed two TSSA inspections because they won't provide the maintenance we've already paid them for. Makes it real hard to trust these guys with maintaining equipment critical to life and limb when they take my money and breach their own contract.

Pace Elevators did an amazing job with such great attention to detail. To top it off they were so pleasant and curtious to my grandmother. Would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a down to earth and reliable company.
