as the owner and president of jch Home Improvements this is quite a shock to read a review from such a good customer over the years. Amber has been a customer of JC's Home Improvements for the past six years she has hired our company to do a full kitchen renovation including all new Cabinetry countertops, backsplash, tiles, trim doors, electrical, and new paint, two years after that she hired our company again to do a full basement bathroom renovation which included Plumbing, electrical, all new tub, vanity, painting, trim, and doors as well as a full laundry room renovation and relocate oh, this time around Amber hired us to do a full Bathroom renovation for her upstairs and the job is been 95% completed and pictures will be posted as proof, it is unfortunate that I have to read that my company has been removed from the project through homestars' review and it is unfortunate Amber has failed to mention that the bathroom is completely done and all material is on site and no money was taken from her whatsoever in fact there is still at $1,500 balance going to jch home Improvements for work that has been completed, due to the covid-19 pandemic my company was unable to go in and meet on timelines for Amber Amber also works from home and has been asked on several occasions to leave the property for everyone's safty so that we can come in and finish the final 10 hours of work which included hanging a bathroom door trimming around that bathroom door and painting that bathroom door and any little touch-up painting that had to be done in the project that was completely finished literally 10 hours work left very shocked to read this review and as the president I would love if Amber would have contacted us and we could come to some type of agreement to finish up the remaining 10 hours work that was left instead of writing a bad review and never giving us the opportunity to make her happy and as the owner of the company wi would do everything in my power to make sure that my customers are treated fairly and we always go over and above as we did for Amber in this particular bathroom, again failed to mention that she was charged for a basic bathroom renovation and was given state-of-the-art wedi shower system because my company was learning how to install and this upgrade was given to her for free (no charge) Amber has been completely happy with everything that we've ever done in fact always has mentioned how good my work is and how great my pricing is unfortunately due to the pandemic our timelines could not meet her expectations and it is unfortunate that we have to respond to such a horrible review..please feel free to contact me directly to make things right between us ,my customers are now and always have been extremely important to me..
