Rakesh came to my house and he was very knowledgeable and skillful and he answered all the questions regarding my furnace. He did diagnostic checking for the furnace, and find out control board issue very quickly and suggest what I can do. Rakesh is of the most honest contractors and he provide very professional and knowledge services and did excellent job. I would highly recommend his service with any of HVAC needs.

Called Raya Heating and Cooling Inc. and scheduled for someone to come down and give me a quote. Rakesh came down looked at the AC and furnace. Told me he would call and give me a quote. Never heard back - unprofessional, wasted my time staying home to wait for him, and then not to hear back. Spent a few minutes looking at things when a real pro would take the time to measure the property. He actually said he took the company off the homestars.com but might put it back in since this is where I found their company. It is good I did not go with this guy, any issues would be a no show.

In addition to fixing the issue (low refrigerant), the overall experience was friendly, honest, and educational, with Rakesh describing how everything worked and the key things that might be causing the issue. Just before this winter we were shopping around for a new furnace mount humidifier. We approached a few establishments for information and quotes but their responsiveness to our questions were lacking to say the least. Rakesh was a breath of fresh air. He answered all of our many questions with patience, care and professionalism. We placed an order on the spot. The installation experience was just as pleasing. No nonsense, just clean, quiet and expert installation. Rakesh took the time to review the functions and again was very patient and professional. Rakesh will be our go to person for all of our future HVAC needs. We would have left this review sooner but wanted to see how the new unit ran. Rakesh was fantastic. He came out on short notice to quote for a new A/C since ours wasn't functioning properly. Rakesh quickly identified the problem and informed us replacement is not necessary.
