They have a large selection of products that you can see at their location to get a good sense of what you will get. Their installation teams and "hard dig" policy are very lacking. Even if you pay in full they want your credit card number and will charge you extra for hard digs. They will not tell you in advance that the soil is difficult. On a 14 post job, all were charged extra. I was on site was not notified. My advice, buy their products but hire someone outside their company.

Work was delayed until late November and then extra charge of $146.00 added for post and heavy digging??? We had 5 panels done year before for $700.00 and work done on time and no extra charge for heavy digging which is in same location. This company is charging approximatley $900.00 for 2 panels and $146.00 extra . We have refused the extra charges .

Our fence installation was done in mid-Nov 2020. The crew was hard working and the install was done without any issues. Joe came to give us an estimate and he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

I am totally satisfied with the service and the work performed by the Fencescape Team. Starting with the expertise of the sales person, to the persons at the shop and finally with those who built the fence. They all deserve FIVE (5) STARS. WELL DONE FENCESCAPE.

Very satisfied for installation of our fence. Excellent service and quick response on any questions. Our fence is over 500 linear feet long and installation was quick and straight line. Very impressed by this contractor. Real professionals on top level.

After the first winter we noticed the piece on top of the gate needed to be replaced. Since it was less than 10 months since the job was done we thought Fencescape would honour their job. We realize that pressure treated wood can split over time, but it has been less than 10 months. This could not have been a quality piece of wood when they attached it. My husband contacted Fencescape and they want $120 to replace the one board. After seeing the picture we sent to them, Patrick agreed to replace it with no charge.

The crew’s creativity and flexibility was much appreciated for our short stretch of fence accommodating twisty trees. The work was better than I could do myself and worth every penny.

Joe and his crew did a great job with both the price and the overall job. They were fast, neat and on budget. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
