I had two bathrooms remodeled, and it was my first experience working with them. Nav was knowledgeable and professional. Communication is the key to success, and they always kept the door open--. I was very impressed with the outcome of my bathrooms. I will be using them in the future.

After putting out 6 bids and being over charged by designs I didn't even use by a different company I finally found and chose National contracting! Nav was great to work with and from the get go was super transparent and honest in terms of the scope of the job as well as in pricing. No frills or upsells, just straight to the point in terms of my goals and desires for my bathroom remodel. Along the way he was super communicative and very accommodating, as several times I requested some changes be made. The original schedule was 4-6 weeks and we went 7 only because of delays for some materials and by no fault of Nav or the crew. Speaking of the crew..... They were super awesome to work with and the pride in their work showed with the final result. I am VERY pleased I chose National contracting and will choose them again for future projects I have in mind.

Watch out! This is the type of contractor they warn you about. We thought we did our research with reviews and getting different quotes but Nav is a salesman with empty promises. We had to wait months to do this review as we ended up having to spend thousands to hire another contractor to fix Navs multiple mistakes after he disappeared when it came time to fix (even when he scheduled the appointments and had us buy more product). He uses his friends as suppliers and then when they tripled the agreed upon price he told us to deal with them Heres the basics -The shower floor was so uneven that there was a full 1.5 cm of standing water in pools. -The pocket door frame was broken prior to install and then hidden within the wall so we couldnt determine why the pocket door didnt work. Navs response it needs to be broken in. -The barn door was hung upside down and drilled with multiple holes preventing correction without replacement. -The shower room fan was vented into the attic. -He cut open the backs of our brand new vanity drawers because he didnt know how to remove the drawers. I could go on and these are all items that he charged us extra for in addition to the agreed upon quote. Ive never given a bad review but this has been a reno that took 8 months and thousands of extra dollars to remedy.

I contacted National contracting for our kitchen remodeling project and they immediately responded. Nav was very instrumental in my decision to go with this firm. He clearly laid out his expectations and I was impressed with his clarity and determination to get the work done on time and within the budget. After we determined the start date, everything went as smoothly as ever! Nav was very instrumental in ensuring that the project was constructed on time. In addition, I have never met anyone like Nav who was so meticulous in bringing concerns and anticipating problems, - that any issues we had, he made sure it was addressed. He is hands down the best builder I've run into, not to mention he was a very friendly and easy person to work with. He made excellent recommendations and in the end, the kitchen is the centerpiece of our home! This was our third remodeling project and I can vouch that National contracting not only were easy to work with, they were dependable. The kitchen came out so beautiful that we enjoy just sitting in the dining area to marvel at the masterpiece!

We have used Nav and National contracting for 2 large home projects. One was a bedroom and bathroom addition to our second story, and most recently worked with them to replace our floors, countertops and kitchen cabinets. We are so happy with the work! The quality was amazing, the price was fair and stuck to the contract, and they finished within the time they promised. Highly recommend them for any small or big home project!

We hired them to remodel one of our bathrooms and everything was so easy and done well. Nav was quick to respond to all our questions and needs. The team placed protection paper on our floors to make sure it doesn't get damaged or too dirty. The team was respectful and thorough. They made sure they understood what we wanted. They even gave us advice about how to fix other stuff around our home. We even called them back about an issue after they were done and they came back the next day to fix it! AMAZING! From start to finish they completed our bathroom in about 2.5 weeks. We are very happy with our bathroom! Excellent customer service. We highly recommend them! Thank you for making this all stress free for us!

We hired them for some bathroom tiling. They were fast, friendly and professional, and were very accommodating of the scheduling needs.

I worked directly with Nav (owner) to negotiate, schedule, and complete the mudroom build in my house. Nav is a great guy, but I'm disappointed that he/his team never came back to complete the job in full. The mudroom requires at least one more coat of paint, which I mentioned to him the day they finished the job. I messaged & sent him pictures the very next morning showing him the unfinished paint job. I've been trying to get in touch with him since August - sometimes he responds, most of the time he doesn't. Twice we agreed on a date for him to come back and finish the job, and both times he did not show up, nor did he even let me know that he was not coming. I would not recommend National Contracting Inc. to anyone I know.

I contacted Nav (the owner) through Home Stars and picked him because of his positive reviews and prompt communication. The job was relatively small and yet I felt Nav treated me and the work like I was an important customer at all times. Nav completed the work on time and of particular note is that despite me paying Nav for the entire job he came back to fix an issue we had. Navs actions align with his words! Very professional!
