Very happy with Christopher and Jason's work. Christopher was friendly, knowledgeable and patient when I called to get a quote for interior and exterior hand rail installations. It was important that this job was done right since it's for an elderly, semi-disabled family member - safety was paramount. I appreciated the time that Chris and Jason took to explain the options and process involved, and they worked with my family member to ensure the height and angles were correct for him. Their quote was also competitive. They arrived a few days later (wearing masks which we greatly appreciated) and installed everything quickly and cleanly with tarps covering the work area. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends and neighbours. They made this a stress-free experience which we so appreciated!

I was in the process of replacing the flooring in my century-old house and decided to replace the bulky and short of code railing at the same time. Christopher created a solution that worked with our budget and matched our staircase railing. The work was also scheduled and completed ahead of a family event. The new railing is lighter in the space and much safer than the original.

Needed my outdoor railings reinstalled after doing renovations and could not find anyone willing to take on a small project until Perfect Railings contacted me. Both Chris and Jason did a fantastic job of reinstalling my railings without pushing me to buy new ones. They provided me with the best options at the least cost. Would definitely use them again when I am ready to do my indoor steps and railings.

We are very pleased with the railing & cap installation. The stain is a perfect match for our existing newel post. We needed a new railing to replace our original 1965 railing. We did not want to cap the stairs as we love our carpet. Jason and Christopher did an awesome job, from providing a timely accurate quote to the installation. We chose maple as our wood, and we wanted the stain to match the mantle on our fireplace. They did a perfect job matching the colour! They did such a great job we gave them our 24 year old kitchen table to be re-finished....it now looks brand new. Thank you Christopher and Jason!

I would strongly recommend Perfect Railings. They were very professional, very competitive quotes and did a marvelous job. They take care and pride in their work. We needed a new railing going upstairs but realized that the carpeted stairs also needed to go. As with all jobs, one thing led to another and we decided to replace the steps and the landing flooring at the bottom of the stairs as well as the hallway upstairs. The care they took to attach to the 7 carpeted doorways, ensuring that the new flooring looked the best in terms of the uneven space, ensuring the fit on the rounded edge of the stairs and the minutiae that make the difference between a good job and a great one. They did what they said, came when they promised and handled the 'household surprises' that popup with non straight walls etc. to ensure the end result was satisfactory to us along the way.
