The installation team was good, but their sales Manley is terrible, after installation, he replied messages really slow and sometimes after 2 weeks, to him, once the installation is done, then he'll move onto the next project. Terrible customer service experience. Don't waste your time and money on this store, don't risk it.

I cannot speak more highly of Tim at Flooring Superstore in NE Calgary. I have worked with him twice when I was refreshing rental properties to sell. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to contact. He was able to provide a quote that was better than the competition and had the flooring installed in a timely manner. When we had a few deficiencies on one of the installs, he was quick to send William (who was awesome) to complete the repairs. The floors looked really great and I think was one of the main reasons that we were able to sell the properties quickly and over asking price.

I was shopping for new carpet for my condo and stopped in at Flooring Superstore N.E. Calgary. I spoke to a Tim and explained what I wanted and he showed me the perfect carpet for my needs. He was very helpful and I left a very happy customer. A young man named Amin was the installer. He was very polite and obviously very good at his job. He cleaned up the leftover fibres before he left and left me some leftover pieces I requested. I am very satisfied with the service from start to finish and would definitely recommend this company.
