Ray was very professional. Since the moment he arrived, he worked very hard and diligently to ensure all ducts were properly cleaned. He showed me live video of the ducts being cleaned and disinfected and he went through great lengths to ensure no more dust was left behind before he sealed them back.He has excellent equipment which sucked all sort of debris I was very impressed by his work. It clearly showed me that other duct cleaners had not been as thorough in the past. I had just finished a basement Reno and painting and based on prior experiences we did not want our walls damaged. He and his helper went through great lengths to ensure the area was well protected from the equipment.

My wife and I just recently moved into our new home and needed the ducts cleaned. Initially when I called to schedule the appointment, I asked for the Gold package, but once Ray and his assistant came over, they determined that I only needed the Silver Package since we just recently got the furnace changed. I really appreciated the honesty! They were great - very professional. Ray even took the time to walk me through the process and even showed me before and after of the vents! Very impressed with the service Ray and Ahmed provided today. They phoned ahead of time and were at the appointment twenty minutes early. Showed us the before and after photos. Incredibly thorough and did such an amazing job. Professional, courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I decided to call Mint Duct Cleaning because it was one of the few duct cleaning companies with excellent (and recent) reviews. Their service was amazing! Ray is a very professional and honest guy. I asked for the gold package but when Ray showed up and saw that my furnace was fairly new, he told me the basic package would be sufficient. Ray and Ahmed did a fantastic job in cleaning all the vents and returns, and explained me the whole process as they were doing the job. I'm absolutely satisfied with their service and greatly recommend them! Will definitely call Mint for my next service.

Ray the proprietor is very reliable and honest. Goes over and beyond the work he does. He will follow up even after the job is done. Highly recommended. Well worth the money.

I called Ray to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. He called back and talked me through cleaning the duct myself to save the expense. He was very helpful and his tips did the trick. I very much appreciated his honesty in foregoing a service and collecting a fee. I will definitely call on him again for any future service.
