Weve always wanted a wine cellar, but something else always seemed to come firstand we never found a company we truly trusted. We had a very specific vision and needed a team who would really listen and translate our ideas into a beautiful, functional design. After interviewing several companies, TriForce immediately stood out. They took the time to understand our style and the look we were aiming for. When we saw their initial design, we were blown awayit was exactly what we had imagined! From day one through final completion, TriForces team was attentive and hands-on. Sean made sure every step of the process ran smoothly, and he always checked in to ensure our complete satisfaction. The level of craftsmanship and professionalism was remarkable, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with such skilled, dedicated professionals. We couldnt be happier with the result, and were thrilled to finally have the wine cellar weve always dreamed of. Now we the pleasure of slowly filling it up!

A few years back, I engaged Triforce Construction to construct a lavish basement apartment with a pool walkout. Their work was impeccable and perfectly suited to my needs. I enthusiastically endorse Triforce as a top-notch contractor.

We have used Triforce Construction for both our upstairs remodel and to finish our basement. The owners are involved in overseeing the project the entire time. The team is small so you get to know everyone relatively well, and you are dealing with the same people every day. I would highly recommend Triforce for any project big or small.

I had some structural and surface issues with my deck. Sean from Triforce Construction came over and completed the project as directed in a timely manner. And within budget. Would recommend them again!

Triforce Construction built a beautiful fireplace and mantle for us. We love it. We highly recommend Triforce for anyone looking to get renovations done.

We waited YEARS to finally commit to doing renovations at our house before finding Triforce. From the minute we met Sean, we felt a connection and knew it was a great choice. Admittedly a bit clueless when it came to knowing where and how to start, Christine's designs and Sean (and team's) execution made this huge task seamless and very "easy" for us. The communication throughout the project was clear, we felt prioritized and important. Sean kept tasks and crews on track, and kept us well-informed daily. We love the renovations and are impressed with their attention to detail, and thoughtful observations. There were no surprises when we received the final invoice - everything was completed within budget. When we decide to update the rest of the house, Triforce will be the first (and only) call we make!

Triforce did a complete main floor renovation for my family. They are very professional and set realistic timelines that are kept to. Their designer, Christine, is amazing and very helpful when figuring out what you'd like your renovation to look like. Sean and Greg were excellent to work with and very accommodating. We were able to put our own sweat equity into our job. Sean was very engaged in the day to day on site work and if something was not exactly what we wanted, they worked hard to make it right. We had 3 different companies start down the road of doing this renovation and then they ignored us. Triforce is a local, dependable, company that I highly recommend.

So. I was referred to triforce through guelph home renovation, we were trying to get ideas and ask a professional what we can potentially do for 300,000$ as we have simply just outgrown the home and needed more living space. So triforce then sent c9 design christine turnridge, and she did an amazing job designing yes, but heres where things go wrong. She initally came and asked what we were hopeful of designing but did not seem to take any notes what so ever, i pitched her some ideas and consistently said if im within budget then yea why not. She then proceeds to design a 3 story home with 3 bathrooms upstairs, balconys, the works. Sure looks great. But financislly she would not tell us ANYTHING regarding cost, i asked about a builder coming to inspect the home to see is structural beams are sound. I asked her and told her that we did not want to design something that would be an unreasonable ask because we dont want to waste our time nor theirs.. next we get our design made, she did a zoom call and tweeked everything, great, house looked immaculate. But the question still kept being avoided. How much is this going to cost,? Is this within budget? Turns out you are going to design your dream home! After you send 2750$ deposit and sign the contract. But then watch the majority of it get ripped away because she has literally no clue of cost. We were then roughly quoted double the budget fornour drawings. We were stunned.. upset.. that this entire process happened because the designer wouldnt listen to the basic questions.. she came in and i feel like she just did what she wanted to get the contractors the most money possible..i send christine an email "can you design something within the 300,000$" and no response, she will cut ties after pretending to be extremely personal and have great communication but we got the literal opposite.. what do we do at this point? Its been almost 3 months, i finally get a proposal that they brought down to around 325,000 but in the proposal there is extra costs. Im left with an unfinished home, and im left with a bill way over budget. Im then told that the process will involve retweeking it, so i had to remove basically 50% of the project that she kinda steered us toward.. That is just extremely unrealistic. We were misled.. after i was contacted by triforce i mean the conversation with him was okay.. of course he did his job with what he had to work with.. but when we asked all these questions we got nothing. Ended up cancelling, just so off put by what happened here. Be warned. And good luck.
