Great support on couple projects.

I recently hired Mohammad to prepare the drawings to remove a load-bearing wall in my home. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explain the steps involved in removing the load-bearing wall, addressing my concerns about structural integrity, and ensuring everything was up to code. One of the most impressive aspects of this project was how smoothly the permit process went. Mohammad handled all of the paperwork and communication with the city, ensuring that the necessary permits were secured before any work began and did the job on time. Mohammad was a pleasure to work with. He was referred to me by a contractor who I hired to remove a load bearing wall on the main floor. Mohammad came on site the same day I called him to investigate the joists and supports. He was quick, responsive and thorough in his assessment. He offered a couple different options for us (total removal vs post) and and put together the required drawings for each. Fortunately, we were able to have flush beams in the ceiling. We even had him submit the formal application for the building permit with the City. Everything was smooth and he was patient while answering all of my questions. The permit was approved. I would 100% recommend Mohammad and will use him again for any other work.

Mohammad was great to work with, he was very meticulous and precise. He provided stamped drawing for a new basement beam. The drawing was easy to follow, the framer was able to install the beam and passed inspection. Would highly recommend him for future projects.
