I wanted to make the main floor of our home open concept and in order to achieve that I had to remove a load bearing wall. I had contacted a few firms who either didn't get back to me or wanted me to provide pictures, measurements, details etc... and were not able to do the job in a timely manner. One of the firms I contacted was Sauzteq and the next day an engineer by the name of Mohammed came and took all the measurements and discussed all possible options. Within the week he had the plans ready, stamped, and I was able to submit for the permit. Because this was a smaller project I had the feeling that other firms didn't wan't to waste their time on it, which is probably why some didn't get back to me and others wanted me to do some leg work so they could better gauge if they wanted the job or not. As we were installing the steel beam I needed to contact Mohammed a couple of times with questions and every time I called he picked up his phone and was able to clarify - excellent client service. I highly recommend this company.
