Thank you Mohammad!! We are removing a load bearing wall, called Sauzteq to complete our plans and to apply for the city permit on our behalf. Mohammed came for a site visit and despite my children running around he remained very calm and focused. He got the job done quickly, efficiently and promptly applied for our permit. During this time he remain readily available, if needed, communication was always smooth. Permit was approved in record timing. Dont hesitate to call him. After a lot of research myself, I got 4-5 quotes, his pricing is very competitive and well deserved.

Outstanding! Arrived at scheduled time; prepared area to remove sections of wall; cleaned area and debris; quick turn around with first of drawings. Final set of drawings to follow. He was polite, courteous, well informed and gave us great ideas! Highly recommend.

Mohammad easily understood our needs and was thorough in his investigation of our house and the structural changes required to remove three walls and enlarge a patio exit. The engineering drawings were excellent and he did it all in a week. Great service and quality.

Being my first renovation, the Engineer took the time to explain the different options to me and this helped so much in my decision-making. I was given the opportunity to review the drawings prior to the engineer submitting the permit application to the City. I was pleasantly surprised that permission was granted within 3 days as I was told it could take a couple of weeks. The job was handled with excellent efficiency and I would certainly recommend SuazTeq Engineering Inc. for all home renovation design work.

Mohammad blew us away with this process. He was immediately responsive, friendly, and quick to set up a visit to our home. During the visit, he was courteous of our space, but very thorough. He asked lots of questions, and also answered a ton of mine. The drawings came back a week later, and they were so impressive. Very clear, detailed, and organized. He explained the rationale of the proposed solution, and really made sure we understood it. This wont be the last time we work with Mohammad and Sauzteq Engineering!

We asked Sauzteq Engineering to do the drawings for our house to prepare for an upcoming reno. Mohammad was very professional and polite. He had to cut a few holes in the drywall and ceiling to check the beams but he did it in a way that I can repair it easily. He didnt break it open with a hammer so anyone who has ever repaired drywall can appreciate his clean work. The drawings were done the following week, on time with his promise. Im very happy with his service. 100% would recommend!

I needed an engineer's opinion quickly, as I was about to make a big decision to remove walls in my house. Sauzteq Engineering responded quickly and communication was prompt and thorough. Mohammad was on time, gave me options with pros and cons, a strong recommendation and followed up quickly with complete and accurate drawings, allowing me to move on my project safely.
