Highly recommend working with SauzTeq Engineering. Very professional and patient with questions. Very prompt with explaining things with clarity. I will recommend Mr. Atashi to everyone I know that requires engineering work to be completed. From start to receiving permits was very quick; 3 weeks from the city of Oakville.

Mohammad was a pleasure to deal with. He provided me with structural drawings for a home renovation and was able to help with the permit application. His knowledge, professionalism and communication skills were excellent. I highly recommend him.

Mohammad is a true professional, easy to get ahold of, quick on his deliverables, on time and well articulate. This was not an easy project and took over 6 months due to Site Plan regulations and approvals for our area in Brampton. Mohammad helped us navigate the process, interacted with the city on our behalf and was always there to explain the situation and recommend next steps. He covered site plan approvals, drawings, HVAC, Plumbing, Surveys (saved us a ton of money finding existing surveys that were acceptable), landscape drawings and more required to get the permit. Choose Sauzteq and know Mohammad will take very good care of you!

I hired Sauzteq to provide structural engineering services for a home renovation project involving removal of a load-bearing wall on the main floor; addition of a new walk-in closet in the primary bedroom on the second floor; and addition of a shower and tub in the ensuite bathroom, which involved removing a wall. Mohammad arrived on time to assess our home and was very professional in the process. He provided engineering designs/drawings in a very timely manner and has made himself available throughout the process to answer any questions I had. He even offered to submit the designs/drawings to the City for approval for me! I am very happy with Mohammad's advice, expertise and help through this process!
