Mohammad is an excellent Engineer. He helped us obtain a permit for removing a load bearing wall and worked with our contractor until the job was completed. From start to finish he was always available to answer questions and help with any issues that came up. Our contractor had trouble procuring the correct type of beam and Mohammad provided several innovative solutions so that the job could be completed correctly. I would highly recommend him without hesitation for any structural engineering needs.

We want to remove a wall to achieve more of an open concept in our home and need an engineer to determine the best way to have it done. Mohammad was prompt and very professional. He assessed our home and determined which walls were load bearing. He thoroughly explained the process, gave us a couple different options to choose from. We are very happy with Mohammads expertise and experience.

Structural Engineer (Mohammad) was responsive and professional. He showed up on-time and delivered drawings, submitted for city permit etc. everything on-time as we had initially discussed. It was a pleasure to do discuss structural changes and available options with Mohammad. At the end, the structural changes and drawings received city permit very quickly.

We moved into a house where it appeared that load bearing wall had been removed. I researched a number of companies - a few came highly rated - and highly rated by Homestars. I contacted one company, and the engineer came to the house, advising ME to cut various holes in the ceiling. He eventually advised that his engineers didn't want the job! I then followed up on a previous referral from Homestars, also highly rated. Mohammad at SauzTeq had previously texted me, and called me. He came to the house and cut various holes in the ceiling. He was quite conscientious regarding the mess, and had placed a cloth down to catch debris. He explained everything and we agreed to move forward with architectural plans. He took measurements of all house levels. Drawings came quickly. We contacted a contractor He recommended, and everything proceeded quite smoothly. We have not yet proceeded to permits/construction at this point, but our dealing with SauzTeq has been quite effortless. We are entirely satisfied and relieved to have retained SauzTeq. His stellar rating on Homestars is well earned. Thank you Mohammad for earning our trust, and allieving our stress.

Mohammad, assessed the load bearing walls in my 100 year old house in preparation for my bathroom renovation. He was very clear on price and process beforehand, which I appreciated.
