I was away with work and my wife was home with young twins when the deadbolt broke and the door could not be locked late Friday evening. Called Mobile Locksmith and they were onsite in 20 minutes and had the deadbolt replaced immediately. Professional and courteous service. One of those businesses that you aren't sure exists in St. John's....yup....it does and a comfort to know they are reliable.

The person who answered the phone was very rude. I was locked out on a weekend and no other locksmiths were available. They quoted an exorbitant price for the service and asked for my credit card upfront, before any services rendered. When I questioned both the cost and the credit card, I was immediately hung up on. I was going to go with them anyway, as I didn't think I had any other choice, but he wouldn't answer my calls when I called back. t worked out for me in the end, however, as I did get a hold of someone else who charged me 1/4 of the price and was much friendlier.

My daughter called from a supermarket parking lot. Her boyfriend had locked the car keys in the trunk and the spare keys were in the glovebox of the locked car. Her father, her regular knight in shining armour, was literally on his way to work and could do nothing. I called Mobile Locksmith in St. Johns. they took my call right away, explained the type of information they would need to solve the problem, quoted me a price and said they would be about 17 minutes getting there. He got there even faster and within a few minutes my daughter called to say she was on her way. She said the locksmith didnt leave until he was sure both trunk and door locks worked and that her car would start for her. I am so impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness and ,yes, kindness exhibited by this company and their locksmith. Well worth the price of the service.

The service was excellent. They responded quickly and went above and beyond even fixing some issues with the door itself.

We had three doors in our house that only had door knobs on them. We called and had three code locks installed the next day. The locksmith was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and did thoroughly test before he left. Very happy with the service.

Locked out of my house. Contacted Mobile Locksmith who responded quickly. Told me up front the cost of the service and arrived within the estimated travel time. The technician was courteous and professional and unlocked the door without damaging it.

quick, on time kind, very professional have an issue of always losing my keys so i will be using them again, I hope not but if i need someone they will be my first call.
