Adrian did both our upstairs and downstairs bathroom renovation and we cannot sing enough of his praises! Our home had not seen renovations since the mid 70s and he helped us bring our modern vision to life. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. He provided us with a very detailed quote and even assisted us with understanding some of the materials and special items we would require as well as what was considered best in class from a functionality perspective. Adrian also offered us his contractor discounts at numerous stores, including the store where we eventually got our tiles. When we mentioned we wanted to do an inset in our shower, Adrian ensured that we got the exact look we wanted and that all the details came together flawlessly. We will definitely engage Adrian for future projects and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone exceptional at their craft and ensures all the little details are taken care of! Thank you Adrian for making our vision come to life!

So happy with our refreshed kitchen!! This was a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised by how detailed and fair the quotation was, Adrian tried to capture all items as per our request. He is very knowledgeable, offered suggestions and shared his trade discounts with us for many required items. At the same time he was also open and willing to work with our choice of materials for the cabinets for example(we saved our uppers and used new for the base cabinets). Overall he and his team did a great job. A special mention is deserved for the tile settings, laying them in a herringbone pattern just the way I have imagined it! Contracting came highly recommended by a friend and we very quickly understood why: the hard working and polite team led by Adrian demonstrated their experience and craftmanship, a well organized process from start to finish, with an excellent attention to detail. They also have an admirable work ethic, you can trust them to be on time every day as agreed, until the project is completed. We in turn have and will continue to recommend A.L.Contracting to our friends and family.

4th job Adrian has done for us in this house in the past 15 years. Always on budget, never a surprice. This last job, we were away while all the work was being done. Adrian took care of it all. We came back to a new first floor. Work on plans for him to complete more work in our house.

We had 30 year old bath with surrounding tiled walls and tiled shelves and surrounds and ceiling. A.L removed the tiles and put in new tiled walls and floor, put in new shower hardware, replumbed the drain, and put in safety bars, hooks, rails and new full height glass doors. Adrian, always very courteous and respectful, took the time to meet us at tile and hardware suppliers and helped us chose, met his time estimates and bid price, and kept everything as clean as possible during the work and cleaned up everything afterwards.
